2. Enter Office Name, Name, and Account No.
3. Enter Financial Year.
4. Enter Opening Balance.
5. No need to enter the rate of interest.
6. Once the F.Y. is entered, the rate of interest will be set automatically.
7. Enter all necessary data in the table.
8. Press "CALCULATE".
9. Check the result.
10. If all are OK, then press "SAVE".
11. To calculate the next F.Y., again fill the table.
12. To view, update and delete press "VIEW SAVED" on the home screen.
13. To update and delete any item click the required item.
14. After updating any F.Y please enter the Closing Balance as the Opening Balance for the next F.Y. and continue.
